How to return an item(s)
You must fill out the returns label that arrived with your order indicating which items you are returning and why, and place this within your parcel.
Items less than 10kg and smaller than 61cm (L) x 46cm (W) x 46cm (D)
These can be returned at your local post office via Royal Mail. This service is available to GB Mainland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Find your local post office branch.
Lost or Damaged item(s)
If an item arrives damaged or faulty we require that you report this within 48 hours of receiving the item. Beyond this period any fault to the product must be reported as soon as is reasonably possible.
If an item develops a fault within the first 30 days, you the customer is entitled to a refund or exchange.
If an order is lost in the post, VC will issue a replacement once the item(s) has been confirmed to have been lost by the designated courier.
Replacements will then be sent out the next day and VC will take up tracking lost items with the courier.
If an order is damaged, please send a picture to info@vectorconsumer.co.uk along with your contact details and order number and we shall either provide a full refund or issue a replacement as an option immediately.
Once an order has been dispatched customers are provided with a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within 48 hours please contact us providing us with your customer order number and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order.
As all deliveries are made via third parties they are subject to the courier’s terms and conditions in this case Royal Mail.
Non Faulty item(s)
Returns (for non-faulty) items are charged at £2.95 and this cost will be removed from the refund. VC will need to see proof of postage from Royal Mail.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item, VC understand that from time to time you may want to return item(s) and by law, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
You can return most products from the VC site within 45 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.
If you have purchased an item(s) and it is damaged or faulty you must ensure that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products(s) providing us with photographs and a brief description.
If any of the products have been opened or used VC have the right to decline a refund or provide a replacement product.
